I would say it's a bit too bright, but if you ignore that for a moment and take other things into account then it's a very good piece. Especially for someone who just got back into signature making after a while. The colors match the focal well; I think the coloring is quite good in this one. There isn't really too much flow. I will say that the background has some pretty decent flow with the focal, however.

Slow down and plan out what you really want to do. Even if it takes you five minutes, an hour, two hours, thirty hours (yes, an overexaggeration, lol), it still works. This mainly concerns flow.

Personally, I think this is a bit too big to be a signature. Try out 400x200; it's a good size that still allows room for effects, depth, and so on.
